Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on the 24th of November the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. Her previous roles included a presidential candidate and a TV host at MSNBC. She is also a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and an earlier co-host on the show The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would be leaving the show in May 2021. They wanted to create their own project, which they named Breaking Points. Ball hosts the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends with Kyle Kulinski. She has made guest appearances on networks like CNN, CNBC, Fox News and shows like Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball is currently married to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball is able to attribute her new interest in politics to her experience after becoming a new mother during the 2008 primaries and also watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She saw the effects the election had on the people in her country and was inspired to appreciate the international influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was nominated by the Democratic Party to represent Virginia's 1stCongressional District in the 2010 elections. However, she was defeated by Rob Wittman. She was the host of The Cycle, a MSNBC TV show that she hosted from June 2012 to August 2015. In May of 2017, she launched the People's House Project, a political action committee working on behalf of Democratic causes.
